Welcome to Space
The crew capsule passes the Kármán line, the internationally recognized boundary of space 62 miles (100 km) above Earth.
Returning to Earth
After floating in zero-g, astronauts return to their seats and prepare to come home.
Descend
The crew capsule descends back to Earth under parachutes before landing in the West Texas desert.
Touchdown
Just before touchdown, a retro-thrust system at the bottom of the capsule expels a burst of air for a gentle landing. Welcome back to Earth, astronauts.
